  We offer made-to-order yokes that are superior to OEM rebuilds. We will rebuild your yoke to either your specs or OEM specs. Rebuilt yokes from RI feature precision concentricity and squareness; weld build-up and hardfacing of worn surfaces; new dowels and bushings. Finally, all rebuilt yokes are freshly repainted for clean installation.

• Rebuild, Recondition and Inspect Journal Assemblies
  Our Journal Assembly rebuild is extensive. New parts include bearings, wear plates, trunnion bushings, bolts, housing covers and journal head skirts. We also recondition journal shafts and inspect upper and lower housings for wear and roll fit. We will submit an inspection report prior to starting repairs.

Our emergency services include replacing gears, removing broken shafts from gear hubs or bowl hubs, installing and bluing new shafts to these hubs, and much more. We will usually return a completed project to you in less than 72 hours.
